Vandals wreck Netherton Titanic anchor artwork
Vandals have wrecked artwork installed by the Dudley Canal in Netherton.

The decorative metal sign, which explains the history of the Titanic anchor being built at Hingleys Works in Netherton, has been covered in graffiti.
The vandals scrawled 'who cares' across the sign.
