Man held on Walsall and Sandwell bus sex assaults

A man has been arrested in connection with a series of sexual assaults on buses in Walsall.

Women were allegedly indecently assaulted in Walsall, Sandwell and surrounding areas in June, July and August.

There were at least three attacks on women in Walsall which included the 529 in Bentley and 997 in Rushall and 51 serving Birmingham.

A 23-year-old man was arrested in Darlaston on suspicion of sexual assault yesterday and has been helping detectives with their inquiries.
