Man in court over Black Country mosque bombings
A Ukrainian man charged in connection with a series of mosque bombings in the Black Country and the murder of a Birmingham pensioner was due to appear in court today.

Pavlo Lapshyn, aged 25, will appear at the Old Bailey for a bail hearing.
The post-graduate engineering student, from Dnipropetrovsk, is charged with three offences related to explosions close to mosques in Walsall, Wolverhampton and Tipton.
He is also charged with the murder of 82-year-old Mohammed Saleem on April 29.
Mr Saleem was walking home from a mosque in Small Heath and was just yards from his home when he was attacked.
