Gary Powis yesterday pleaded guilty to 11 charges of fraud totalling £99,265 at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The 49-year-old builder, from Iverley Road, took the money for building supplies, labour costs, roofing materials and in one case replacement doors, but did not carry out the work the homeowners had expected.
He struck at homes around Sandwell, as well as Northfield and Quinton, between April 2007 and December 2010. Powis will be sentenced on August 2.
