Heartache as cats killed in Aldridge paddock burglaries
A grandmother today told how she was left devastated after her cats were killed during a series of break-ins at horse paddocks.

The 12-year-old pets belonging to Judi Puffett, were found dead
which saw up to seven stables and sites targeted within a matter of weeks.
Police are investigating a number of break-ins at stables off Back Lane, near Hobs Hall Lane, Aldridge, between March 9 and 26 when generators, tools and horse equipment were taken.
They want to speak to four men, who have been seen in the area walking a white Lurcher dog, in connection with the crimes. Officers say in each break-in the cats were "savagely set upon by a dog."
Grandmother-of-12 Mrs Puffett said: "I am devastated. How would they like it if we went into their homes and started to kill their pets and take their belongings?"
