Fugitive murder suspect John Anslow appears in court
A murder suspect from the Black Country has appeared in court today, 14 months after he had been due to appear.

John Anslow, aged 32, from Tipton, was originally due to appear at Stafford Crown Court on January 23 last year in relation to the murder of Walsall skip hire boss Richard Deakin.
Anslow was held in Cyprus and brought back into the country on Saturday, where he was arrested at Heathrow Airport.
He is charged with the murder of Mr Deakin, from Chasetown, Staffordshire, and appeared via video link at Stafford Crown Court this afternoon.
A provisional trial date was set for October 2.
