Police said today that a 22-year-old Stourbridge man was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving while unfit through drink or drugs, and possessing cannabis.
He has been released on police bail until May 13, pending further inquiries into the death of the care assistant.
