LCP announces promotions
London and Cambridge Properties, the national commercial and property investment company, has made four promotions as it looks to strengthen the business following a strong 12 months.
Barry Flint and Simon Eatough are now associate directors, while Martin Wade has been made senior asset manager, at the headquarters in Kingswinford. In the London office, Jonathan Hughes has been promoted to associate director.
James Buchanan, managing director of LCP, said: “LCP continues to be an ambitious business, with sights set firmly on growing its portfolios in the thriving local convenience retail centres. I’m pleased that despite the obvious challenges of the past 12 months, we are in a strong position for growth. Barry, Simon and Jonathan will be playing key roles in our plans and I congratulate them all on their new appointments.”
