Higgs advises on UGG acquisition

One of the UK’s leading independent glass merchants and processor groups has continued its expansion with a further strategic acquisition.

United Glass Group has bought London Architectural Glass

United Glass Group, with its headquarters in Aldridge, Walsall, has acquired London Architectural Glass, based in Hayes near Heathrow.

Expert advisors from Brierley Hill law firm Higgs & Sons represented UGG in the acquisition having assisted the buyer with three similar deals in recent years.

UGG has received £4.5 million towards the acquisition from Duke Royalty, a provider of alternative capital solutions and an existing partner.

LAG is a UK supplier of bespoke architectural glass to premium residential, educational and heritage projects throughout the UK.
