Aristocraft wins second award in six months
Aristocraft Kitchens & Bedrooms was named as the independent kitchen retailer of the year at the Bathroom & Kitchen Update Awards.
The BKU Awards are designed to recognise the best talent, retailers and brands in the industry. Originally planned to take place at Grosvenor House Hotel, London, the current coronavirus restrictions meant the awards were instead moved to an online stream, hosted by Alan Dedicoat, the National Lottery’s Voice of the Balls.
Cradley Heath-based Aristocraft was also shortlisted as a finalist in the kitchen showroom category
“We’re delighted to be announced the independent kitchen retailer of the year, 2020,” said managing director Glyn Davies.
“The past few months have been a strange and tense time for a lot of people and businesses so to win such a prestigious award in the midst of everything is the recognition that our team at Aristocraft deserve," he added.
The award was Aristocraft’s second big win of the year following the kitchen and bedroom retailer’s Design Director, Caroline Davies, being announced the Designer of the Year at the KBSA Awards, 2020, earlier in March.
Aristocraft Kitchen and Bedrooms is a second generation, family-run company started in 1982. It also has a factory on the Enterprise Trading Estate, Pedmore Road, Brierley Hill.
