Nigel Padley has been appointed manager of the new purpose-built branch at Unit 6, Astonfields Industrial Estate, which features a fully equipped showroom with examples of different stairlifts from its portfolio of more than 80.

Visitors and their family can test and compare them in a relaxed and friendly environment.

In addition to stairlifts, there is also a comprehensive range of home lifts, through the floor lifts, and hoists with purchase and rental packages available.

“While we are happy to send out brochures and links to video demonstrations, we believe that nothing beats actually being able to try out a stairlift for comfort and ease of use and now people in Stafford and surrounding area will have this opportunity.

"I believe that Nigel, with his wealth of experience in the stairlift and independent living sectors is the ideal person to lead this latest development within the company and he will have the full support of everyone here at Dolphin Lifts Midlands as he looks to establish our name in Stafford and further afield," said director Steve Wilson.

Mr Padley said: “I am delighted to be joining Dolphin Lifts Midlands at such an exciting time. When the opportunity arose to join the company and spearhead their latest venture, the chance to join such a well-respected business was too good to miss. I also like the act it is a company business which still has family values and I look forward to welcoming the people of Stafford to our fantastic new showroom."

Over the last five years Tipton-based Dolphin Lifts Midlands has experienced substantial year on year growth which included the opening in 2019 of a new 9,000 sq ft headquarters in Tipton while still utilising its original head office in Oldbury for its building business.
