The Wolverhampton-based property consultancy was also named the most active industrial agent for the region.

The double accolade, based on the number of deals accomplished, came in a national report from Estates Gazette, the UK’s commercial and industrial property sector’s “Bible”.

The top rankings mean Bulleys has been re-confirmed as the region’s pre-eminent dealmaker for the entire 12 months of 2019, holding onto the number one position it achieved halfway through last year.

Rod Spiby, a partner at Bulleys, said: “We’re delighted at this high-profile recognition of our ability to deliver for our clients.

“This reflects both our wealth of experience across the West Midlands and Shropshire, and the hard work of our strong team who continue to be determined to provide the best service for our clients.”

Established in 1965, Bulleys has built an enviable reputation as local experts in the field of industrial and commercial property.

The consultancy, which also has offices in Oldbury and a subsidiary called Bulleys Bradbury in Telford, has clients that range from private individuals to UK and international corporates.

Mr Spiby added: “We provide a bespoke service to commercial industrial property clients across the region, and with 55 years of experience the depth of knowledge and expertise we provide is unrivalled.

“Our clients understand this, but it is pleasing to once again receive the sector’s acknowledgment as the number one operator in the West Midlands for the whole of 2019.”

Established in 1965, Bulleys is an established commercial and industrial property consultancy covering the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire. The firm has three offices in Wolverhampton, Oldbury and Telford.
