New estate agents get a warm welcome!
A new estate and lettings agency has opened in Bridgnorth - and its directors say they have been overwhelmed by their warm welcome.
Roberts and Egan have opened offices at Northgate in High Town and directors, husband-and-wife team Matt and Lucy Roberts, have been delighted by the response from local people to their arrival.
“We have been thrilled by our welcome to Bridgnorth, with a steady stream of well-wishers calling in, some lovely messages and even flowers,” said Lucy.
“We have both lived in the town before, for a number of years, and are so pleased to be back - and offering a new and unique estate and lettings service for local people.
“Between us we have some 40 years experience of the property market and we are looking forward to sharing our expertise with everyone looking to buy, sell or rent.”
The couple started their business in 2015 in Upton-Upon-Severn and they continue to run this original office in tandem with their Bridgnorth premises.
“The warm welcome from Bridgnorth townspeople has been amazing and it very much mirrors our approach to how we operate as agents,” said Matt.
“We are not the average estate agents - we pride ourselves in offering a unique, friendly and very personalised service tailored to each individual client.
“Moving home is without doubt one of the most stressful life experiences and we aim to make it as easy as possible.”
Roberts and Egan offer two sales options for fixed fees, both no sale no fee, and the agents say this makes selling a property much less daunting.
“Everyone wants to know from the outset how much it will cost to sell their property and with fixed fees they do,” said Lucy.
“They can budget accordingly and that is one less hassle during a very busy time - we aim to do everything we can to make buying, selling and renting as stress-free as it can be.”
