Oak Furniture Land opening in Stafford

The 17,817 sq ft furniture store will open its doors at Queens Retail Park, Silkmore Lane, on Saturday, August 25 at 9am.

It will include a mezzanine floor and will showcase Oak Furniture Land’s new store format, which consists of a dedicated bedroom area upstairs – including room sets – with all dining, living and sofa ranges on the ground floor.

The new store forms part of the company’s on-going expansion, which saw the retailer open 22 new sitss last year.

Michele Coan, regional manager at Oak Furniture Land, said “Following on from the success of our other stores in the Midlands, we’re delighted to be opening our first store here at Queens Retail Park. The retail park is a fantastic shopping destination and one that we’ve been keen to be part of for a while – we hope that our presence will cement the retail park’s reputation as a key destination for furniture shopping. Our new store here will be one of the first to showcase our fresh new layout which will provide customers with that all important inspiration, as well as enhancing their in-store experience."

Oak Furniture Land was founded in 2006 online and has since expanded its range to include sofas and lighting. The company now has 98 showrooms across the UK and launched online in the United States in summer 2016.

Thanks to continual reinvestment and strengthening, Oak Furniture Land is the only UK company to rank in the Fast Track 100 table for five years (receiving an outstanding achievement accolade in 2016 as a result). The company is also celebrating another placing in the Top Track 250 league table, rising from 242 to 73 in four years.
