Deals reflect strength of West Midlands market
A pair of deals sealed by Black Country business property consultants Bond Wolfe reflect the continuing vigour of the regional property market across all sectors.
Bond Wolfe has sold the former Black Lake Kitchens and Bedrooms unit at 2-5 Bridge Street, Wednesbury, to the owners of LG Electrical Contractor for £195,000.
LG Electrical will now be based at the 1,500 sq ft unit which is situated on the busy A4196.
The firm has moved from Brookside Industrial Park in Wednesbury.
Bond Wolfe has helped Apo’s Barbers open its third store at 49 High Street, Brownhills. The unit has been let to the Turkish barbers on a four-year lease at £10,500 per annum.
Richard Horwell, commercial surveyor at Bond Wolfe, said: “High end male grooming salons and barbershops are popping up throughout the Midlands, which has created a competitive industry, so it is great to see Apo’s Barbers growing and taking on their third shop through Bond Wolfe in Brownhills.
“This deal and the sale of 2-5 Bridge Street, Wednesbury, to the owners of LG Electrical Contractor, shows that demand for all kinds of commercial, retail and industrial property continues unabated.”
