Michelle has been working in the PR sector for over 25 years, beginning her career honing her skills on The National Lottery account. Over previous years she has worked at leading PR and marketing companies and her work has been recognised a number of times, winning numerous regional and national awards for a number of campaigns.

Stuart Matthew, 37, from Alcester, joins the agency as senior designer and brings with him a wealth of experience. Working in the industry for over 20 years, he began his career as a junior designer working on retail, leisure and tourism and business to business accounts and he has built a varied portfolio of experience during this time.

Stuart’s new role will see him developing creative concepts and strategy for new and existing clients, as well as working closely with the IT and programming department to deliver strong user experience website designs and cloud based software applications to clients.

Expanding the IT department has seen the appointment of Keaton Smith, 17, from Worcester, who has become junior IT technician. Currently studying part time at AAA Academy in Worcester, Keaton’s role is to provide IT support to the team of over 80 employees at IceBlue and throughout the other companies within the group and help keep the business running smoothly.

Jennifer Long, managing director at IceBlue, said: “Our agency has been growing year on year solely through customer recommendations so we needed to expand our departments with the right people to take us forward and Stuart and Keaton’s appointments mark this progression.

“We were so excited about Michelle joining us as she brings with her so much valuable knowledge and experience that a number of our clients have already been utilising. She has worked for many years with some of the leading brands and tourist attractions in the UK and is a real asset to the agency, helping us expand even further and really setting us apart from the competition.

“As a leading Midlands digital marketing and software development agency, we continuously invest in our team, with each member of staff completing one day of training each month, completing courses such as Google Squared, the Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and Microsoft recognised certifications.”

Jenny added: “We pride ourselves on staying ahead of our competition to ensure we give our clients the expert knowledge and advice they need and we are truly excited for the future of IceBlue.”
