Financial advisers Prosperity Wealth, based at the DY5 Enterprise Zone in Brierley Hill, is one of the hosts of the seminar to help business owners start the new year on track.

Leading industry figures will be giving top talks on planning for the next 12 months and beyond, including maximising the value of a business, potential funding routes, tax efficient planning and maximising value, plus some of the key considerations if expanding, buying or selling a business.

There will be a chance to network over a light breakfast at Hagley Hall on March 19, followed by the chance to hear insightful advice from Prosperity Wealth, MFG Solicitors, Blue Sky Corporate Finance and CK Chartered Accountants.

Philip Haden, chartered financial planner at Prosperity Wealth, said: “The new year presents an ideal opportunity to take stock of where a business is going, making sure it is in good health with some fine tuning.

“It’s not just the financial side, which clearly we’re able to help with, but consideration of all angles which any business owner should be aware of. This promises to be a short, sharp, snappy presentation of key points with opportunity to ask any questions.

“We will have a host of industry experts who will be sharing some insightful ideas and tips for making sure businesses get maximum value and ensure the next 12 months is about growing not surviving.”

The free business breakfast, which runs from 8am to 10am, is first come, first served, and is aimed at businesses of all sizes.
