Truck & Trailer Equipment (TTE), based in Oldbury says the launch of their new website marks the first phase of a two-stage development, aimed at ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the commercial vehicle parts industry while maintaining its customer-first approach to service.

Mark Boden, General Manager at TTE, said: “We wanted a website that would not only improve the customer experience but also future-proof our business. The new platform allows for fast stock updates, professional design, and—most importantly—an easy-to-navigate interface that makes dealing with us as smooth as possible. Everything we do is with the customer in mind.”

Stocking a comprehensive range of parts for all major European trucks, trailers, and buses—including engine components, braking systems, lighting, and suspension—TTE serves businesses across the UK with next-day delivery available for most stock items. The new website project enhances this service by offering a streamlined, user-friendly platform that will make it even easier for customers to find and order the parts they need.

To further enhance service, TTE is also introducing an online chat function, giving customers direct access to the TTE team for fast responses and real-time support. This investment ensures that TTE can continue delivering the high level of service that its customers expect.

“We want to make it as easy as possible to do business with us. A smooth experience means customers will keep coming back,” added Mark
