Commercial Feature: Bespoke Construction

Bespoke Construction, a Wolverhampton company by birth, has now seen its combined group revenues exceed £100m due to planned strategic growth within the living sector.

 The business continues to operate as a Principal Contractor and Developer. 

For the financial year of 2024, its revenue grew by 35 per cent, with profit up 90 per cent on the corresponding 2023 period. 

Bespoke have furthered their Business Development Team with new strategic partnerships and additions to the team, now employing over 70 staff at their HQ in Telford, Shropshire.

Marvin Bennett, Owner and CEO, said: "Another exemplary year's performance for our group and a continued drive for growth. 

"We made a number of strategic hires within our development team that are actively seeking institutional partners for Living Sector schemes including SFH homes, BTR, Affordable, PBSA and Care.

"Despite a backdrop of ongoing uncertainty, we continue to move forward with our aim of 500 residential units this year. We will achieve this via these partnership models bringing forward and delivering sites."

The year has seen the ongoing delivery of a flagship scheme of 287 apartments in Birmingham City Centre, due to be complete at the end of Q3 2025. With a portfolio sale of leased supported living properties to an institutional fund all whilst securing over a £70m order book for its contracting division including exciting developments in and around the Midlands.

Marvin added: "Difficult times require innovative solutions to solve the housing crisis within the country at all levels. 

"We believe our 25-year proven track record allows us to be at the forefront. It’s just what we do."
