Successful phase completed at Staffordshire development
Leading new homes provider Bromford is celebrating the completion of a successful phase after the final Shared Ownership homes were secured at a development in Tamworth.
In collaboration with five-star housebuilder Morris Homes, Bromford has provided a variety of two-bedroom homes at the Arkall Farm development off Ashby Road, built with modern living and flexibility at the core of their design.
With more Shared Ownership homes due to be available in Spring 2025, Bromford and Morris have successfully housed a broad range of home seekers during the previous phase, with first time buyers, commuters, downsizers and more all securing a high-quality, energy-efficient home.
This collaboration has given residents the opportunity to enjoy the tranquil retreat of the Staffordshire countryside without being too detached from a bustling town, with an abundance of amenities including places to eat, shop, exercise and socialise, all in the knowledge that their home is built to the highest quality.
The Shared Ownership homes at Arkall Farm were specifically built to meet the needs of local people, with priority given to applicants who lived or been employed in the area for a number of years.
