The number of properties looked after by Birmingham-based Principle Estate Management has expanded by 14% in a period which has also seen the companies staff numbers swell to 70.

Employees at the firm's annual staff conference at Millennium Point were told the company now oversees 19,871 units across over 450 sites in England and Wales, with expanded staff numbers now also including seven chartered surveyors.

“Compared to this time last year, we’re 14% bigger in terms of sites managed and 15% bigger in terms of people. The distance between our two furthest properties is 421 miles,” said Polly Dyer, property director at Principle.

The conference on Friday 18 October also saw Stephanie Jobson, operations director at Principle, present the company’s new strategy.

“Principle was established with an ethos of doing things properly and our strategy reflects our ongoing commitment to getting things right for our people, our clients and our customers.

“Our new strategy will develop a focus on alignment across the organisation over the next three years, building on our original our vision and supporting our work to positively impact the lives of our communities every day.”
