It represents a major investment in British manufacturing by Fortune Brands Innovations.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing centre of excellence on the South Staffordshire border with Wolverhampton will drive Fortune Brands Innovations’ growth in the region.

It is the first occupier on the new i54 60-acre western extension.

The multi-brand company is building a 270,000 sq ft tech-enhanced facility to support the group’s luxury ceramics and brassware brands within the kitchen and bathroom industry including House of Rohl.

The 270,000 sq ft tech-enhanced facility will provide capacity to service the company’s global customers for years to come.

The site is due to be operational by the end of the year as a new built-for-purpose Europe, Middle East and Africa headquarters for Fortune Brands’ Water Innovations plumbing portfolio. It will also include a customer experience centre and training facility.
