See inside revamped Great Barr pub as changes provide fresh jobs boost
A pub in Great Barr has reopened following a six-figure renovation.

The Cat & Fiddle, Beacon Road, closed last month and has undergone an exciting refresh, featuring major refurbishments to the pub’s interior and outdoor areas.

The investment has provided a boost to local recruitment, with the pub recruiting for a variety of roles from front of house to kitchen staff.
Ben Gough, General Manager of the Cat & Fiddle said: “The pub has long been a hub for the Pheasey community, so I’m honoured to be taking over the reins for our grand reopening, just in time for summer.
