Canadian chain Tim Hortons is set to open at Bentley Bridge, offering coffee and doughnuts, with dine-in seating for up to 128 guests.

The new restaurant will create more than 40 jobs for the community.

It will offer a combination of full-time and part-time roles, with progression and training opportunities.

The announcement also forms part of the brand’s plan to create over 2,000 jobs across the country, bringing Tim Hortons restaurants to every major town and city by 2022.

Set to open its doors this summer, customers can expect coffee, freshly baked doughnuts and Timbits around the clock, as well as breakfast, lunch and evening meal options, including hot sandwiches and wraps.

Kevin Hydes, chief commercial officer of Tim Hortons in the U.K said: “Having successfully opened our first restaurant in the West Midlands back in 2018, it brings me great pleasure to announce another opening within the region.

“We have always seen huge enthusiasm and support from our guests in Birmingham and know the wider community are keen for more.

“Wednesfield has excellent transport links to Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley, so we’re excited for locals to have the opportunity to fall in love with our brand.”

“Our staff make the Tim Hortons experience so special, and we pride ourselves on the unique progression and training opportunities available.

“We look forward to recruiting for a variety of exciting part-time and full-time roles and will be accepting applications from today via our website.”
