A planning application has been made to Sandwell Council to set up the site at Horner Way, in Blackheath, Rowley Regis.

The proposed location is a patch of grass located opposite Sainsbury's petrol station.

A planning report said: "This is a modern development of a car repair workshop, like most modern day road side retail it relies on easy vehicular access and clear visibility from the street.

"It is a single storey modest sized unit carefully positioned within the site to maximise visibility from the road.

"As well as retaining as much existing foliage to the southern and eastern boundaries new low level greenery is also proposed along Horner Way."

Planning bosses will decide on the plans at a future date.
