Plans launched for new tattoo shop in Tipton
Plans have been launched to establish a new tattoo and piercing shop in the Black Country.

A planning application has been made to Sandwell Council to set up the new premises on Union Street, in Tipton, Sandwell.
The proposed business would operate on the ground floor along a row of shops.
Planning documents, forwarded to the local authority, say that no "structural changes" will be needed and instead only decorative work is required.
Council bosses will discuss the plans at a future date.
