Plan to convert former Smethwick shop into offices with flats above
A former Smethwick shop will be converted into offices, under new proposals.
Plans have been lodged with Sandwell Council for the former premises of #coffeecrew, on Bearwood Road.
As part of the planning application, developers are also seeking to create first-floor apartments in the premises above.
The offices are earmarked for an accountancy firm. The plans will be discussed by councillors at a future date.
