Home-lift company gains national award

A Black Country manufacturer has received a significant award from a national awards scheme.

Kingswinford-based Stilz Homelifts were chosen as Exporter of the Year at the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.

The awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London on November 10.

The firm, which received the award after going through a rigorous Dragon's Den-type presentation to directors of the awards, help access within the home for individuals living with restricted mobility by fitting homelifts.

It has grown into a company with customers and partners in over 35 countries.

Lachlan Faulkner, co-founder and Chief Commercial officer, spoke about his pride at the award.

He said: "On behalf of Stiltz, I am honoured to receive this award. I thank the judging panel for officially recognising the hard work and dedication of our team which underpins this achievement.
