Event to showcase British manufacturing
Manufacturing support organisation the Made In Group has begun a year-long campaign backing British industry.
The Back Britain campaign will see an event held every month over the course of the next year across the Midlands and Yorkshire, two of the core areas the group covers.
Jason Pitt, founder and director of the Made in Group, said: "This is a time for manufacturers to create an example of unity, to inspire and restore confidence in Britain.
"Our new Backing Britain campaign will visit major cities and towns in the Midlands and Yorkshire over the next 12 months. These events will be open to members and non-members and feature speakers from the membership and inspiration stories.”
The first event takes place on October 31 at RAF museum in Cosford, beginning at 10am.

The event will include talks from industry leaders on how manufacturers across the nation can promote British industry, with all proceeds to be donated to Royal Air Force charity.
