New Thomas Dudley showroom offers training facility

An interactive and digital showroom forms part of Thomas Dudley Grup's new head office in Dudley.

The market-leading bathroom and washroom products manufacturer's new building, designed by Glazzards Architects, was unveiled to more than 280 past and present employees and was officially opened by Louise Dudley, mother of group chairman and chief executive Martin Dudley, on June 29.

Mr Dudley said: “We’ve come a long way from expanding and growing Thomas Dudley and I’m delighted for my mother to unveil the new office.

"We’re pleased that our staff, past and present could join us for the grand opening and have received a great amount of positive feedback on the building which really demonstrates our company values of commitment and investment further showcasing more growth within the region.

"The facilities within this building can now help provide an even better and fantastic resource to display our products and its capabilities across the group. The new site embraces a showroom and suite of meeting rooms, which are available to customers and external businesses.”

The head office off Birmingham New Road is on three levels and also includes a canteen.

The showroom has a training facility for the future of installers and plumbers.

Thomas Dudley’s own latest technologies have been installed in the building including the new advanced flush plate Wave S3; Dudley Vantage, a high-quality cistern, designed specifically for use in bathroom furniture, with WRAS approved Dudley Niagara flushing valve and Dudley Hydroflo quiet inlet valve alongside taps and soap dispensers.

The showroom features products from Thomas Dudley Foundry and fellow group companies Masefield Beta,, McDonald Diecasting, Waterfit, CronexRabo and Rugby Plastics.

It features several bespoke company displays, offering practical and instructive customer support

Thomas Dudley has been manufacturing in the area since 1920.
