Integrity Security Group, which employs more than 150 people, provides a host of services to Albion BID Co to help create a secure environment for the diverse industries located in the area.

The company is responsible for installing and monitoring CCTV camera systems, managing mobile patrols and key holding, not to mention providing a fast alarm response service.

“We are delighted to have secured a five-year extension to continue our work with Albion BID on creating a secure and vibrant place for people to do business,” said Will Adams, managing director at Integrity Security Group.

“It follows a successful first contract that started in 2011 and involved us developing a specific security plan that would cover all of the companies in the BID area. It is an approach that has worked, with incidents of crime and vandalism consistently decreasing…this is something we want to build on as part of the new deal.”

He continued: “Our success here has led to further opportunities with other Business Improvement Districts, as our commitment to technology and wealth of skills makes us a natural fit.”

Gerry Kibble, chairman of the Albion Bid (BID Sandwell), added: “It has been important to build firm relationships with a professional company who can cover all aspects of security and can work flexibly to meet the needs of the businesses within the geographical area. Integrity is also very proactive at finding solutions for security issues that may be affecting our residents.

“As chairman, and on behalf of our directors and management group, we are very proud of our collective achievements to date.”

Located at offices in Aldridge, Solihull and Letchworth Garden City, Integrity Security Group provides security services and facilities management to a blue chip client base spread across the country.

Services range from manned guarding, mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response, event security, temporary guarding and strategic consultancy on security matters.

It has also invested heavily in expanding its electronic security work, including complex CCTV, access control and fire and intruder alarm systems.

Will Adams said: “2016 was a great year for the company and we saw turnover rise to over £3.1m, whilst the first few months of 2017 has seen us secure new business wins with CPN Systems, Envira, Hellermann Tyton, Jack Enterprises and many more. This should put us on course for £3.5m.

“In order to build on this growth, we have to continue to invest in the skills of our workforce and in the latest technology. This is typified by significant spend on a cutting-edge remote workforce management system called SmartTask, which will allow us to improve scheduling across all of our different projects.”
