The family business – which this year is bringing the Orient Express to Lichfield for the first time in history – has been nominated four times in the Awards. And it has beaten off stiff competition to be selected as one of the five finalists on three separate occasions. Robert Broad Travel, founded 22 years ago, beat hundreds of agencies to be named as a finalist, and was awarded a certificate for its achievement at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
