Campervan blaze to blame for major delays on M5 near Halesowen
Emergency crews have rushed to the M5 near Halesowen due to a campervan fire that caused 45-minute delays.

The incident happened between junction four at Bromsgrove and junction three at Halesowen at around 8am resulting in 45-minute delays on a five-mile stretch.
Highways England posted on social media that all lanes were now open after the incident had resulted in the southbound carriageway being blocked.

Highways England posted on X, formerly Twitter: "Delays are reducing to less than 45 minutes on the #M5 southbound between junction three #Quinton and junction four #Bromsgrove following the earlier campervan fire.
"Lane three remains closed. @WestMidsFire continue to work at scene. Please allow extra time for your journey."
"The #M5 in the #WestMidlands is now running in all lanes northbound between J3 #Quinton and J4 #Bromsgrove Lanes one and two (of three) are closed whilst @WestMidsFire continue to work at scene.
"Delays in excess of 45 minutes on approach. Please plan ahead."
The agency added: "Both carriageways were closed while fire crews tackled the blaze but the road was fully open by 10.15am."
A West Midlands Ambulance spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a vehicle fire on the M5 southbound between junctions three and four, near Quinton, at 8.06am.
"An ambulance was sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews found one occupant who did not require medical assessment."
