The cladding has been replaced at the Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre at Walsall Waterfront in Wolverhampton Street as part of a major facelift at the 100-bedroom site near the town's art gallery attraction.
It's been business as usual while the exterior cladding was stripped and replaced with new panels, walls painted, and a fresh external lighting scheme installed at the premises, which opened 13 years ago. The scaffolding which has been covering the exterior walls since last summer is at last being pulled down by contractors.
