A month-long murder trial over the death of Oldbury schoolboy Jahziah Coke is in its final stages.

The final witnesses for the defence have given evidence and today (Wednesday, March 26) the agreed facts of the case will be given to the jury.

Judge Amanda Tipples KC will then give directions to the jury, during which she will explain the legal basis on which they will have to make their decision about the various counts the two defendants are charged with. 

After the judge sums up the case the jury will be sent out to deliberate the guilt of a teenager charged with murder and a man in his 40s charged with assisting an offender.
