Serita Tamber, of Cannock Road, Wolverhampton, should have been sentenced for fraud by false representation yesterday (Monday, March 24).

Defending, Samantha Powis said: "The defendant has sent a handwritten letter from hospital. She said she was unable to attend her sentencing hearing because of ill health."
