Transport company wants to use land at Walsall pub for expansion

A transport company in West Bromwich has applied to expand its operations by opening a new operating centre on land adjacent to a pub.

Arora Transporting Solutions Limited, of Walsall Road, West Bromwich is applying for a licence to use the Dilke Arms as a storage base for vehicles

.Bosses have applied to use the pub, in Aldridge Road, Walsall as a new operating centre for four HGV vehicles and four trailers.

Written representations on the application can be made to Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons by Thursday March 27.
