With the sun finally shining on our merry old Black Country, we have created a comprehensive lovely list of all the brilliant places that are often forgotten about when people visit our corner of the world. 

While thousands upon thousands of people visit our region's attractions each and every week, often times people forget about the smaller but no less amazing venues that are absolutely worth the trip in our eyes.

So, to help support smaller local attractions that are often overlooked, here's our list of nine lovely and local hidden gems that are brilliant to visit during this sunny period.

This list is in no particular order.

Bratch Locks, Bratch Lane, Wombourne. Take a walk around the picturesque and historic Bratch pumping station and Bratch Locks. This amazing location includes exciting nature trails and plenty of opportunities to spot some wildlife, including the fantastic otters.
