Fans of ITV's 'Lorraine' have had their say on what to name the male Sumatran cub, who was one of three to be born at the Bewdley attraction in January.
Lorraine Kelly sent out a call-to-action on her show yesterday (March 19), asking viewers to get in touch with what they thought the adorable little cub should be called, and the result was announced today (March 20).
The cub's new name will be Naresh, which according to Lorraine translates to 'King'.

On the show earlier today, Lorraine said: "Thanks to everyone, we had some amazing suggestions and the name chosen is Naresh, which means King, it was suggested by Julia Wilkinson."

Safari park staff member, Casha Carter, said: "We love it, we think it's very appropriate, we believe he will be a king when he grows up.
"It fits, we picked Nova as our female and the public are currently voting on our social media for the third female's name. it looks like it's going to be Nadirah, but we'll find out later today."

It has already been a big week for the adorable triplets who also took their first steps outside on Monday (March 17) under the watchful eye of their 13-year-old mum, Dourga, after receiving their first vaccinations.
The cubs will have their next health check at 12 weeks and will then be able to venture into the wide 'Tiger Tropics' habitat at the safari park.
It is estimated that there are only around 400 Sumatran tigers left in the wild, making them one of the most endangered of the subspecies.

The Sumatran tigers at the safari park form part of a programme which is a collaboration between European zoos aiming to conserve endangered species.
