Duane O'Kelly, aged 42, was sentenced to 11 and a half years last Friday for sexual abuse crimes against three children, including rape.
O'Kelly worked as a Police Community Support Officer and wanted to become a full time police officer for West Midlands Police. However, when the charges came to light he was forced to resign.
His male victim, who was raped and repeatedly abused as a child, said in an emotional statement to Wolverhampton Crown Court, said: "I am glad it was me who called you out for your crimes.

"It was your dream to be a full time police officer and who knows how many more victims there could have been if you had made it. What you did over so many years was horrific. You are a disgusting creature."
O'Kelly, of Bickford Road, Wolverhampton, was found guilty of rape, inciting a child in sexual behaviour, and sexual assault after a trial.
O'Kelly's partner Lisa Dimmock, also 42, was given a two year suspended sentence after found guilty of sexually assaulting a child with O'Kelly in 2001.
His crimes stretched back over 20 years and revealed a pattern of behaviour concerning children which led to fears of more unknown victims.
A relative of one victim told the Express & Star: "We wanted his case to be made public because we believe there might be more victims who might come forward after seeing he is now in jail and cannot hurt them anymore.
"The pair of them come into contact with a lot of vulnerable people over the years so who knows what else they could have done."

Judge Amy Jacobs told O'Kelly: "You wrecked the childhood of your victims, leaving them feeling shame, when it should only be you who feels shame.
"You were employed as a Police Community Support Officer before these crimes came to light. This is a job which is lost to you now because of this sentence."
O'Kelly and Dimmock were together for over 20 years and had two children together. However, after his lurid sexual abuse of girls whilst in their relationship was revealed in their trial it is believed they have spilt.
A female victim told the court: "My first sexual memory should have been with someone I had a connection with, not an adult. Not you.
"You were always asking for sexual favours. You disgust me. Who knows if there are more victims out there."
West Midlands Police have been approached for a comment concerning O'Kelly's role as a PCSO.
