Bus replacement for trains between Birmingham and Walsall due to rail fault
All lines between Birmingham New Street and Walsall are blocked until later this afternoon due to a fault on another train service.

Commuters are facing train cancellations until 3pm this afternoon after the overhead lines at Hamstead failed, blocking all other connecting lines.
Initially, the fault caused delays of up to forty minutes on rail services between Birmingham and Walsall, but now the services have been suspended all together.
Passengers are advised that buses are running the same route and calling at all of the same stops.
