Police investigate alleged attacks on teenage girls at Merry Hill shopping centre
West Midland Police has launched an investigation into claims that two 14-year-old girls were attacked at Merry Hill shopping centre.

West Midlands Police said: "We are investigating an assault on two 14-year-old girls by a small group of other children at the Merry Hill shopping centre in Brierley Hill.

"The assault took place shortly before 5.30pm on February 18. One of the children sustained a facial injury."
Merry Hill shopping centre said it was aware of the incident and we are working closely with the police in its investigation.
