Man accused of bad behaviour at young offenders' institute near Wolverhampton
A defendant has appeared before a district judge accused of offences at a young offenders' institute near Wolverhampton.

Brandon Addison, 21, of Hill Road, appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on February 26 to face charges relating to incidents at HMP Brinsford, in Featherstone.
The court heard that Addison was charged with an offence of administering a noxious substance on September 14 with intent to injure, aggrieve or annoy an inmate.
