'Lucky' Wolverhampton drug dealers get 'last chance' as judge hands down suspended sentences
Two "lucky" drug dealers were given another chance after admitting a string of drugs offences each.

Malachi Walker and Ethan Jones, both of Whitmore Reans, were sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday (February 22) for the offences, which they committed two years ago.
Walker, aged 22 and of Welbury Gardens, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine.
Jones, aged 21 and of Hordern Road, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, possession of cannabis, possession of heroin, possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession with intent to supply cannabis, acquiring or possessing criminal property and possession of a knife. The pair had admitted the offences at an earlier hearing.

Sentencing them, Recorder Mr Geoffrey Kelly said: "You were lucky today because you had me. If you didn't have me, I should think nine out of 10 other judges here would have sent you to prison.
