The block comprising of numbers one to 18 Millennium Forge on Coyne Close will appear in a live online auction hosted by property business Bonde Wolfe on March 27.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive at Bond Wolfe, said the block is currently vacant and could be suitable for redevelopment if planning permission was obtained.
Mr Bassi added: “This is a substantial, three-storey block that has 18 self-contained flats which we are expecting heightened interest in from potential developers.
