Fire service respond to three vehicle RTC in Shrewsbury

Emergency services rushed to the scene of the A5, Roderfern Lane, in Shrewsbury, at around 5.32pm on Wednesday, to reports of a collision involving three vehicles.
Three Shropshire Fire and Rescue appliances were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington and an operations officer also attended the scene.
On arrival, fire service personnel discovered the three vehicles, however luckily, no one was trapped inside the vehicles.
Fire crews made the vehicles safe before issuing a stop message less than 30 minutes later at 5.50pm.
A Shropshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.
Three fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
"No persons trapped in vehicles. Fire crews made the vehicle safe."
