The man accused of murdering Dudley father Mohammed Osman Khan has walked free from court after being cleared of all charges.

There were dramatic scenes in Wolverhampton Crown Court as Annib Khan was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter, wounding with intent and affray concerning the death of his uncle. His co-defendant Zane Khan, Mohammed's son, was found guilty of affray.

The had court heard Mohammed Osman Khan died after being stabbed in the neck after a struggle outside Annib's father's house in Buffery Road, Dudley, on June 21, last year.

Annib Khan, 29, of New Road, Netherton, told the court he had been attacked by his uncle Mohammed and Zane at his home and was defending himself and his father who has learning difficulties.
