Officers executed a warrant on an industrial estate off Park Lane in the Fallings Park area of the city shortly before 7.20am on Tuesday (February 18).
They forced entry to two units and discovered around 200 cannabis plants, growing equipment and found the electricity had been bypassed, a West Midlands Police spokesperson said.
A man was discovered inside and allegedly attempted to evade police by climbing through a loft hatch onto the roof but was safely brought down by officers.
