Firefighters called to blaze involving log burner at property near Newport
Firefighters were called to a property in a village near Newport after a fire broke out within a log burner's chimney.

The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 7.53pm reporting the fire at a property in Sambrook.
One fire crew was sent from Newport Fire Station to the scene.
Firefighters discovered a small fire within the chimney of a log burner.
Crews extinguished the fire using chimney rods and small gear.
Firefighters were finished at the scene by 8.44pm.
