Disqualified driver spotted on his mobile phone on the M6 near Stafford
A driver seen using their mobile phone has been left facing further action after police checks found they were disqualified from driving.

Officers from Staffordshire Police Road Crime Team spotted the driver of the dark grey Skoda on their mobile phone while driving on the M6 on Friday morning, so stopped the car.
Further checks by officers found that the driver was disqualified from driving, so the car was seized and the driver reported for the two offences.
A spokesman for Staffordshire Police Road Crime Team said: "Vehicle stopped at junction 14 on the M6 this morning due to the driver using his mobile phone whilst driving.
"Further checks revealed the driver to be disqualified from driving.
"Vehicle seized and driver reported for the appropriate offences."
